Traveling Solo?
A lot of women join group trips solo and end up leaving with real connections. If you don’t have someone to travel with, you’re still in the right place. We’ll help match you with a roommate if necessary.

Can I join solo?

Yes, many women join group trips solo. You’re more than welcome to come on your own, and we can coordinate a roommate for you if you’d like to share a room. If you prefer a private room, that’s also an option, but please note that pricing will differ for solo occupancy.
What’s included?

Each trip is a little different, so we recommend visiting the individual trip page for full details on what’s included for your selected destination. All packages are thoughtfully designed and can be customized based on your preferences.
Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips. It can help protect you in case of unexpected cancellations, delays, or medical needs while traveling. Once you book, we’ll share more information and recommendations to help you choose a plan that works best for you.
What’s the payment plan?

A $100 deposit is required to secure your trip. We are offering flexible payment terms with an installment plan that allows up to 10 payments.
What if I cancel?

60 days or more before the trip starts: Free cancellation + Refund, excluding the $100 deposit and applicable bank transfer fees.
60 to 0 days before the trip starts: 100% cancellation fees apply.

How big are the groups?

Our group sizes are kept small to ensure an authentic, intimate experience. Depending on your destination and the style of the adventure, you can typically expect a crew of 8 to 16 travelers.
What is the age range?

While age is just a number, we find our group trips resonate most with the 21+ crowd. Our community typically features guests ranging from their early 20s to late 50s, creating a vibrant, multi-generational energy.
Looking for something for the whole family? Our private experiences are fully customizable and open to children of all ages.
Are men allowed on your trips?

Yes! The majority of our adventures are co-ed and open to everyone. While we do offer a curated selection of women-only experiences, 70% of our 2026 group trips welcome both men and women.
Are flights included?

To give you maximum flexibility, international airfare is not included in our trip packages. This allows you to use your favorite airline, redeem travel miles, or choose the seat and schedule that works best for you.

What does double occupancy mean?

Most of our travelers choose Double Occupancy, which means you’ll share a room with a friend or be paired with a fellow solo traveler. If you prefer your own space, we also offer Single Occupancy (a private room) for an additional fee. Please keep in mind that all trip prices are listed per person.
Can I extend my stay or add extra activities?

Absolutely! We want your journey to be perfect. If you’d like to arrive a few days early, stay longer, or add a specific experience that isn't on the main itinerary, we can make it happen. Our team is happy to arrange these additional services for an extra fee to ensure your trip is exactly how you imagined it.
Do you assist with visas and entry requirements?

Ensuring you have the correct travel and health documents is the responsibility of the traveler. While we don't handle the application process or cover the costs for visas and health requirements, we strongly encourage you to research your destination’s specific entry rules well in advance.
We are not responsible for any issues—including refused entry or transportation delays—resulting from missing documentation or changing government policies. Because these requirements can change quickly, we recommend checking official government websites for the most up-to-date vaccination, testing, and visa information.
What if I can’t make a scheduled payment?

We understand that life happens and some months are tighter than others. If you’re going to be late on a payment, just send us an email at info@jovacations.com so we can stay in the loop!
To keep your spot on the trip secured, please keep The Finish Line in mind. All payments must be completed in full by the final payment deadline.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Yes, we certainly do! We want you to enjoy every meal, so we do our absolute best to accommodate all diets, allergies, and specific restrictions.
Before your trip begins, we’ll send out a guest information form where you can list your requirements. This allows our team and local partners to prepare ahead of time for your arrival.
